I almost went Neutral here, but I received a computer that wasn't working. They had me send a bunch of pictures of how I hooked up the monitor as if that was a complicated issue. Anyways, the seller was pretty responsive, I was just super annoyed that I had to take a bunch of pictures, learn how to replace a video card, replace the video card myself and wait probably 6 weeks before I was able to use the computer at all.

We are sorry you had an issue. We do test each card and we were able to troubleshoot this and send a replacement card to get you working right and not cost you anything. We are sorry this happened but these are used components and sometimes they do test well for us and then fail. The good news is we covered what was expected and got you running correctly with as littel trouble as possible.
